| About the Human Resources Department
The mission of the Human Resources Department is
to provide decisions, activities, and processes, both traditional
and technical, which meet the basic needs of employees; to support
the work performance of the employees, and to deliver these services
in coordination with the strategic aims of the company.
The primary function is to establish, develop, maintain,
and communicate personnel policies to the entire company and to represent,
assist, advise and consult with management and employees of the organization.
Human Resources is committed to providing core services that include
staff recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits management,
training and development, process improvement and procedures, and
maintains responsibility for regulatory and compliance issues governed
by state and federal regulations.
It is the aim of the Human Resources Department to
hire and retain a talented, stable, focused, high performance workforce
that directly contributes to the company’s strategic plan for
integrated services and customer satisfaction. HR continues to evaluate
the compensation and performance management policies in order to attract,
retain and motivate employees.

Customer Service/Data Entry
RISE Engineering is seeking a reliable individual to perform data entry, scheduling, and telephone support in a full time position. Working knowledge of Microsoft spreadsheets and word-processing required. Individual must have excellent written and oral communication skills.
Carpenter
RISE Engineering is seeking an individual with master carpentry skills to provide energy improvement services throughout RI and Eastern MA. Individual must have knowledge of hand and power tools including a brake, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. Experience in the installation of vinyl replacement windows and exterior doors required.
Window Measurer
RISE Engineering is seeking a part time/temporary measurer for window and door openings in residential homes. Must have knowledge of carpentry, rough openings and replacement applications and have own vehicle.
Construction: Insulator
RISE Engineering is seeking individuals with home improvement skills. We are also willing to train. Must be competent in the use of hand and power tools and be able to work in a team environment. Experience in the installation of cellulose wall insulation to attic insulation is a plus. Lead worker experience is preferred. Construction experience is helpful.
Editor/Desktop Publisher
The Communications Department is seeking a professional with demonstrated editing, computer, desktop publishing, and organizational skills who can work with minimum supervision in a fast-paced environment. Position is responsible for the editing and accuracy of a large number of engineering reports and any related written materials provided for all departments of the company, including graphics and external media. Excellent communication and customer service skills are necessary. Graphics software experience a must. Bachelor's Degree preferred and/or 6+ years of work/editing experience.
HVAC Coordinator
RISE Engineering is seeking an individual to organize and coordinate activities in the HVAC Department including scheduling and coordinating jobs, answering calls from customers and coordinating paperwork. Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel. Excellent written and oral communication skills with customer service experience required. Experience in an HVAC environment with 2+ years in an office setting.
Electrician
RISE has FT positions with long-term opportunities for licensed RI or MA Journeymen. Excellent wages with performance incentives. Perform electrical work in commercial/industrial, government, and residential environment. Inspect, repair, install, modify, and maintain electrical/electronic systems, circuits, and equipment. Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from crew chief.
